Bringing a wealth of expertise to the team, Devan joins Triple Beam Advisors as a Partner after a successful tenure as the Principal of DJM Consultancy since 2018. Devan's advisory prowess spans diverse sectors, including Real Estate, Consumer Products, Healthcare, and Emerging Markets.
Throughout his career, Devan has been instrumental in underwriting and advising on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. His experience encompasses debt, private and public equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions, spanning multiple asset classes, structures, and industries.
Before venturing into independent consultancy, Devan served as a Senior Analyst with the Fiore Group, specializing in Private Equity and Venture Capital investments across real estate, entertainment, energy, technology, and retail sectors. Prior to that, he honed his skills as a management consultant at Ernst & Young, where he advised multinational companies on tax and global transfer pricing.
Now, as a Partner at Triple Beam Advisors, Devan brings his extensive experience in financial modeling, transaction structuring, business plan construction, and fundraising support to the forefront. His commitment is to assist our clients in achieving their goals, ensuring that Triple Beam Advisors remains at the forefront of delivering tailored and impactful financial solutions.
EDUARDO CABRAL, SENIOR ANALYST
Eduardo Cabral adds to the depth of the Triple Beam Advisors team with his versatile background in venture capital, cooperative finance, and social-impact private equity. Eduardo has invested in industries such as SaaS, Consumer Products, Transportation, and Healthcare and operated directly in venture-backed startups. As the firm’s first U.S. hire, he supports our expansion into the American market, helping deliver Triple Beam’s renowned financial modeling and advisory services to a broader range of clients.
Earlier in his career, Eduardo contributed to over $200 million in growth equity investments at Bengal Capital, where he worked alongside high-growth companies like Green Thumb Industries, Holistic Wellness, and Jetty Extracts, and was directly deployed in pre-seed investments such as budtender engagement platform Leaf VIP. Following his time in private equity, Eduardo took his skills to Obran Cooperative Conglomerate where he was their first full time Corporate Development Manager. There he supported all facets of the deal-making across all business vertical, in particular helping transform Obran Health into the largest worker-owned home healthcare business on the West Coast. Previous to his time in finance, political campaigns, including Bernie Sanders' 2016 Presidential Campaign and the successful Felicia Moore for Atlanta City Council President in 2017. His work across local and national, issue-focused and candidate-based campaigns, adds another layer of strategic acumen and perspective to his approach.

As a Partner at Triple Beam Advisors, Kuba brings a wealth of financial services experience garnered from two of North America's largest institutions and as an early hire at a rapidly growing fintech startup in Vancouver, with a specialized focus on financial modeling.
Before joining Triple Beam Advisors, Kuba played a pivotal role at TD Bank Group, where he advised clients on diverse credit structures, including operating credit, real estate and business acquisition financing, and capital structure reorganization. His expertise extended to interest rate and foreign exchange risk management strategies, with a strategic focus on the healthcare, real estate, and technology sectors.
In his earlier tenure at Citigroup in Global Private Banking, Kuba advised Ultra-High-Net-Worth families on total portfolio asset allocation, real estate, aircraft, and securities financing, as well as capital markets and risk management strategies. His proficiency also encompassed private equity investments. Over the course of his career, Kuba has advised on transactions with an aggregate value of $500 million, spanning various sectors, asset classes, and investment strategies.

VINNY JAWANDA, SENIOR ANALYST
The newest addition to the Triple Beam Advisors team, Vinny, brings a robust background in business development, M&A, and real estate development. In the early stages of his career, Vinny made significant contributions to the construction materials industry, showcasing his prowess in business development and actively participating in multiple successful mid-market transactions.
Vinny's journey continued in the insurance industry, where he excelled in executing successful bolt-on M&A transactions. It was during this phase that he honed his financial modeling skills, becoming adept at navigating the complexities of financial structures.
Transitioning into real estate development, Vinny further enriched his portfolio by working with a prominent developer in Calgary, Alberta. Specializing in multi-family high-rise towers, Vinny brought his expertise to unique projects, including the conversion of office towers into multi-family residences. His hands-on experience in real estate development reflects a commitment to innovation and strategic vision.
