Bringing a wealth of expertise to the team, Devan joins Triple Beam Advisors as a Partner after a successful tenure as the Principal of DJM Consultancy since 2018. Devan's advisory prowess spans diverse sectors, including Real Estate, Consumer Products, Healthcare, and Emerging Markets.
Throughout his career, Devan has been instrumental in underwriting and advising on transactions with an aggregate value exceeding $1 billion. His experience encompasses debt, private and public equity, as well as mergers and acquisitions, spanning multiple asset classes, structures, and industries.
Before venturing into independent consultancy, Devan served as a Senior Analyst with the Fiore Group, specializing in Private Equity and Venture Capital investments across real estate, entertainment, energy, technology, and retail sectors. Prior to that, he honed his skills as a management consultant at Ernst & Young, where he advised multinational companies on tax and global transfer pricing.
Now, as a Partner at Triple Beam Advisors, Devan brings his extensive experience in financial modeling, transaction structuring, business plan construction, and fundraising support to the forefront. His commitment is to assist our clients in achieving their goals, ensuring that Triple Beam Advisors remains at the forefront of delivering tailored and impactful financial solutions.
EDUARDO CABRAL \ ASSOCIATE PARTNER
Eduardo Cabral brings a dynamic background in venture capital, cooperative finance, and social-impact private equity to Triple Beam Advisors. He has experience investing in SaaS, Consumer Products, Transportation, and Healthcare, and also as an operator within venture-backed startups. As Triple Beam’s first U.S. hire, he is driving our expansion into the American market, delivering our financial modeling and advisory services to more clients.
Earlier in his career, Eduardo contributed to over $200 million deployed across seed stage, growth equity, and hedge fund strategies at Bengal Capital, investor in Green Thumb Industries, Grassroots, Holistic Wellness, and Jetty Extracts. Following his time in private equity, Eduardo applied his skills towards social impact work, first supporting the development of the largest worker-owned home healthcare business on the West Coast, and then consulting with employee-ownership conversions and social enterprises. Previous to his time in finance, he worked in political campaigns, including Bernie Sanders' 2016 Presidential Campaign and managed the successful Felicia Moore for Atlanta City Council President in 2017.

Eduardo is a Harvard graduate based in Baltimore, Maryland, where he lives with his wife (a University of Maryland Professor in Geology) and their dog. Outside of work Eduardo can be found in the ceramics studio, in his garden, or the choral practice room.
KUBA GRABOWSKI, CFA \ PARTNER
As a Partner at Triple Beam Advisors, Kuba brings a wealth of financial services experience garnered from two of North America's largest institutions and as an early hire at a rapidly growing fintech startup in Vancouver, with a specialized focus on financial modeling.
Before joining Triple Beam Advisors, Kuba played a pivotal role at TD Bank Group, where he advised clients on diverse credit structures, including operating credit, real estate and business acquisition financing, and capital structure reorganization. His expertise extended to interest rate and foreign exchange risk management strategies, with a strategic focus on the healthcare, real estate, and technology sectors.
In his earlier tenure at Citigroup in Global Private Banking, Kuba advised Ultra-High-Net-Worth families on total portfolio asset allocation, real estate, aircraft, and securities financing, as well as capital markets and risk management strategies. His proficiency also encompassed private equity investments. Over the course of his career, Kuba has advised on transactions with an aggregate value of $500 million, spanning various sectors, asset classes, and investment strategies.

VINNY JAWANDA \ DIRECTOR OF OPERATIONS
Vinny Jawanda is the Director of Operations at Triple Beam Advisors, where he plays a central role in driving execution, client delivery, and firm-wide coordination across all cannabis advisory and M&A engagements. He brings a rare combination of financial modeling precision, transactional experience, and operational rigor that makes him a trusted partner for operators, developers, and investors navigating consequential decisions.
Vinny’s career reflects a deliberate progression through high-stakes, transaction-intensive industries. He began in the construction materials sector, participating in multiple successful mid-market transactions, before moving into insurance M&A where he executed bolt-on acquisitions and sharpened his expertise in financial modeling, regulatory literacy, and deal structuring. He subsequently transitioned into real estate development with one of Calgary’s leading high-rise developers, working on landmark office-to-residential conversion projects and multi-family developments requiring deep expertise in feasibility analysis and capital structuring.
In real estate, Vinny has been instrumental in the underwriting and advisory of over $6.4 billion CAD in development projects across Canada — spanning multifamily, commercial, mixed-use, and large-scale residential developments. This depth of real estate experience informs the institutional precision he brings to every cannabis advisory engagement, where he works extensively with operators across retail, cultivation, and manufacturing throughout the U.S., building the financial models and analytical frameworks that inform valuations, transaction advisory, and capital raises.
He has also led financial analysis and feasibility modeling for economic development initiatives with Indigenous communities across Canada — work that reflects both his analytical depth and his commitment to equitable, community-aligned investment. Vinny combines strong technical modeling expertise with a hands-on operational mindset, ensuring clients receive clear, actionable insights at every stage of a transaction.
